Six wheels, one kiln, and a list that closes when the pegs are gone.

Evening classes in a room that still smells like the last firing. Come ready to work: the wheels are not a demonstration, and the person at the next peg will not wait while you decide.

This term

Wednesday 18:30	Wheel. Six places. If you miss two weeks, the peg goes back on the nail.
Thursday 18:30	Handbuilding. Coil and slab. Same rule about the peg.
First Monday	Bisque. No class. Pieces left on the green shelf after noon stay there until the next firing.
Friday	The kiln room is locked while it cools. The studio door still opens for people picking up work that is already boxed.

Clay is sold by the 12 kg bag, students first. We started the atelier in 2004. If the cones are down, nobody goes in to check them.
